About me

I am a watercolor artist currently living in a rural town in Oregon. My art is inspired by my life-long love of the outdoors. Mostly, you'll find me painting the Cascade Mountains, landscapes, and Pacific Northwest wildflowers.

In 2019, I was in a sporting accident that left me paralyzed from the chest down. While this may have changed how I get outside, it hasn't dampened my passion for it. Through the process of healing and rebuilding from a life-changing injury, art has been the most indispensable medicine.

When I'm not painting or playing outside, I work in public health and medical research with a focus on infectious disease.
